Cancellation
You may request cancellation by contacting us from the account’s authorized email address. Unless otherwise agreed, service remains active through the paid billing period and does not renew after cancellation is processed.
Refunds
Initial shared-hosting fees may be eligible for refund when requested within 30 days of the first service activation. Renewals and partial-month service are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Nonrefundable items
- Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and redemption fees.
- Third-party licenses, certificates, add-ons, and usage-based charges.
- Setup, migration, consulting, custom work, or other labor already performed.
- Services suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or material policy violation.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when practical. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Before cancellation, customers should export content they wish to keep.
