Terms of service

← Return to home

Last updated: August 12, 2026
These terms form a basic agreement governing use of Solutions Unlimited Web Hosting services. A service order or written proposal may include additional terms.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and be authorized to order and manage the services you request. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining current contact information.

Services and payment

Service scope, fees, billing periods, and renewal terms will be stated during ordering or in a separate proposal or invoice. Amounts are due when stated. We may suspend or limit service for overdue balances after reasonable notice where practical.

Customer content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of your content and give us the limited permission needed to store, transmit, back up, and otherwise process it to provide the service. You are responsible for your content, software, licenses, security practices, and compliance with law and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Availability, maintenance, and backups

We work to provide dependable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed unless a separate written service-level agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, emergencies, upstream providers, attacks, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Customers should keep independent backups of important data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, abuse, or harm to our systems or others. You may cancel according to your order terms. After termination, content may be deleted, so export needed data beforehand.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where permitted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solutions Unlimited Web Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as services and legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date, and continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted.
